Company Directors Ian Mayer [Managing Director]
Ian is a graduate in technology and as a qualified teacher, he has been involved in education and training since 1990. Ian first started working with Internet and Multimedia Learning Technologies in 1995. His key focus is about understanding people and how they behave in groups. Ian has also acted as an examiner for both GCSE and Advanced Level ICT subjects and has worked for OCR, WJEC and AQA. Alyson Mayer [Managing Director]
Alyson has been involved in business management since the early 1990's. She currently has a responsibilty for business development and business growth, including Mirata Innovations and Mirata's wealth management programme. She is also responsible for Mirata's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy which includes Charity, Voluntary and Community Sector Liaison.

SMS Broadcast Development
Andrew is proficient in PHP, Ajax, xhtml, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL. He has a number of years experience in managing extremely large online communities in excess of 50,000 members. Andrew has successfully implemented a number of modifications to third-party software applications, such as Invision Power Board (IPB),
vBulletin and numerous other open-source solutions such as Wordpress, Joomla!, Mambo, Cube Cart and phpBB. He is responsible for the development of all the bespoke Mirata IWS Templates as well as the Mirata SMS Broadcasting Tools.
Stuart Goodship
Team Development
Stuart was one of the first people to offer Performance and Executive Coaching in Britain and has been operating since 1990. Since then, Stuart has been a pioneer in high performance coaching systems for entrepreneurs, business leaders and top sales people. His experience has resulted in a unique synthesis of practical 'real world' pragmatism coupled with an in-depth understanding of the behavioural sciences, psychology, quantum physics and science. As an International speaker he appeared at the 1996 Million Dollar Round Table (U.S.A) - the success forum for the world's top performing Entrepreneurs.
Cameron Jones
Advertising and Brand Development
Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Cameron absolutely loves creative design and illustration. He has a Certificate IV in Graphic Design & Multimedia and a Diploma in Graphic Design specialising in Advertising and Illustration. Cameron has a unique background in youth and children focused graphics and visual based designs. He also prides himself in combining solid skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with strong drawing abilities to come up with more off-kilter concepts and solutions.
James Kelly
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Development
James is able to conquer most SEO challenges by applying a range of connective technologies. He is an expert in mobile strategy and has worked with a range of clients,
supplying mobile applications. His skills also include, Social Networking Website Design, Social Application Development and other Social Media services. James is able to support advanced website optimisation, creation and monitoring of Google Adwords, Google Analytics accounts and other SEO services.
Grace Mayer
Graphic Design and Media Development
Grace is enthusiastic about communicating ideas, either through 2D imagery or via multimedia applications. It is a fact that design can make business more prosperous; through increased profit, by accessing new markets, by making business more competitive and more sustainable. Design is marketing, marketing is design. Grace's skills lie in being able to develop design and marketing ideas via the most appropriate medium, either through software or traditional art media. She has advanced graphics skills and has worked on a range of Mirata projects.
Bill Milligan
Financial Management
Bill has been involved in Business Financial Management for over 20 years and is FCCA qualified. He is responsible for all Financial Accounting and Auditing processes within Mirata. Accounting information provides insight for strategic managerial decisions and is also integrated with other Mirata business processes. Bill is a specialist in personal and corporate tax and also manages bookkeeping, VAT returns, Mirata management accounts and Mirata payroll systems.
Anthony Ogden
Programming and Script Development
Tony has advanced skills in PHP, web 2.0, AJAX, Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, xHTML, XML and MySQL. He is responsible for managing all the Mirata PHP based projects and client training. Tony has developed a range of streamlined PHP scripts that can be used standalone or as training tools. He has achieved the highest PHP accreditation available and is a Zend Certified Engineer. Tony also heads up our Research Strategy and is currently involved in exploring the future of SaaS (Software as a Service).
Mark Remde
Technical and Security Development
Mark has advanced technical and programming skills, which include Perl, JavaScript, Java, Servlets, Websphere, MySQL and PHP. Mark's platform skills also extend to Unix - HPUX, AIX, Linux, IBM AS/400 - RPG/400, CL, Oracle Forms 4.5, and SQL. He is a graduate in Business Computing and has successfully implemented a number of high-level business IT applications such as Mail Order Systems, Stock Control, Retail Systems, Commodity Marketing, Machinery Control, Financial Reporting, Location Management, Change Control, EPOS Bar coding, PC Support and much more. Mark also coordinates our engineer "off-line" time, so that Mirata can birth new creative projects via a range of innovative technologies.
Tom Widdowson
Instant Website (IWS) Development
Tom has been working with web based applications since the late 1990's. He is responsible for the development of all Mirata IWS Products. Tom's main skills lie in being able to translate concepts and ideas into digital products. He works with both audio and video media as well as a variety of gaming technologies. Tom manages the IWS Partner Program for Instant Website. Instant Website is a next generation, browser-based application for creating and editing websites. Designed with Small Businesses, Charities, Churches, and Voluntary groups in mind.
